My friends and media talked about that, though. They are so nice so I didn't feel at all about the fact that the racism exists in France. What I feel like that it's my first experience of French racism in France. I didn't finish my dish but they took without asking. I asked water but unlesss I asked again nobody gave me. This is the way to approach to their customer. I wish she said " I'm sorry, we only have this seat". I understand that there is not great spot. If you don't want, don't use this restaurant. The way of her explanation was that if you want, get it. When I went there, she said only one seat is available, the most uncomfortable spot, next to the kitchen. When she explained about the reservation, she was not nice. I didn't know it is needed for reservation. and all this frustration for a cheeseburger? Not worth it! Great classic burger, but the place is packed and small. Not the same as fredi you have to make reservation. The food was so delicious and the best thing about it that there is walkin.
Ferdi bar paris mac#
I would never ever, walk into this establishment again or recommend it to anybody. Corn 10/10,Mac and cheese 10/10,Cesar salad 7/10, Mac ferdi 10/10. This is a pure example of racism, and discrimination against Americans.

One minute before as all this was happening I saw another table walk in and their orders being taken. Which I did and when he read it he said “our mistake, the restaurant is closed.” I’ve begged him for a table and told him that we only wanted to share a cheeseburger and that we would be out of the restaurant very quickly. I explained to him that I had sent a text message that morning and I was told that walk-ins were welcomed until 4:30 PM and it was 4:06! He did not believe me and asked that I show him the message. I asked for a table for two, and the guy inside the bar yelled “fermé, fermé!” We walked in at 4:05 PM, and it took about two minutes until anybody acknowledged we were standing by the door. So, we finish lunch on the other side of the city and literally walked 2 miles to get to Ferdi before 4:30. it’s without reservation from 1:15 to 4:30. I sent a text message and they responded “hello only saturday for lunch ! from 1:15 until 4:30 last order. I had tried to make a reservation through the concierge at our hotel and they had confirmed that they only except reservations via text message. Localízalo en el mapa y llama para reservar mesa. We had accommodated our schedule so that we could try their famous cheeseburger at 4:30, in between lunch and dinner.
