Some products you buy on IMVU classic look bad on the mobile version. The mobile version is horrible to use without VIP because there are so many ads, their old webpage looks old and needs badly upgrade. I told them my realistic suggestions on their help page my account got frozen and I couldn't write anything. IMVU doesn't look into cases individually, customer service is not that good - only in LIVE-chat, you get at least some kind of service and before using that service, you need to buy VIP.
